Intro about Janice and Shelly 

Janice has been in Real Estate sales for over twenty years. She has worked both in good markets as well as ‘not very good’ markets.  After graduating from Guelph University with a B.Sc, she worked in research at the University of Toronto. Janice decided to enter Real Estate after going through the challenges of buying her first home.  

Both Janice and her husband Shelly Grimson have owned and renovated their own homes; and invested in condos and lofts. They have experience in selling new condos, as well as resale homes and condos. In raising the proverbial two kids and a dog, they have gained knowledge of what makes a home and neighbourhood vital. 

Shelly Grimson is a graduate with an honour degree in sociology from U of T and a law degree from Osgoode Hall. After twenty-five years as a lawyer he teamed up with Janice in the real estate profession in the last ten years. He brings to the mix his negotiating skills honed by his other profession as a lawyer. He is also a published fine art photographer represented by galleries in Toronto.

Both Janice and Shelly were born and raised in the heart of Toronto. They love the City and all it has to offer. Because of the high level of personal service they provide, they have enjoyed a business based on repeat clients and referrals.
